Winter Solstice Blessings!
Winter Solstice Blessings!! ✨💖🙏 The solstice is the shortest day of the year before the days start to lengthen and become brighter – a time to honour the darkness and welcome in the light! This can be meaningful for us on different levels and is a beautiful time for self-reflection, releasing, renewal and also for focusing on manifesting our desires!
I encourage you to notice what has been surfacing for you lately. Perhaps difficult emotions, old patterns, relationships issues, fears, inner wounds, physical body imbalances or struggles, etc. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing – trust that when something surfaces, it’s so that it can be released and healed and serve as a beautiful catalyst for growth and transformation! When we leave behind what isn't serving us, we make room for healthier and higher vibration things, people, emotions and experiences!
Consider taking a moment to write down the things that you wish to release or let go of and then shred, rip up or burn that paper, sending it off with gratitude and a goodbye! Next, take a second piece of paper and write down what you wish to welcome in or manifest going forward. As you do this, picture yourself having, being, and doing those things as if they are already happening for you! You can shred or burn this paper with the intention that you are releasing it into the universe (or your higher power) to come to fruition, or you can keep the paper under your pillow, or on an altar or under a crystal or somewhere special. Even taking a few minutes to do this exercise will be so powerful!
