Full Moon Blessings! ✨🙏 It's a full moon in Cancer and it's also known as the "Wolf Moon". This moon is all about nourishing ourselves and connecting to our emotions. 💖 The emotional waves may be strong at this full moon...If you have emotions surfacing, notice what is triggering them and allow the emotions to surface.

I always remind myself that emotions are "better out than in" - stuffing them down and burying them can create blocks and physical ailments. Consider allowing yourself to release your emotions (perhaps a good cry, writing in a journal, sharing with a trusted friend, writing on a piece of paper and burning it, etc.) and remember that it's okay to take space for yourself - you don't need to respond to a person or situation right away. 🤗

This is an especially good time to nourish and nurture yourself. Take time to do something that brings you joy, drink lots of water, take a salt bath, do a foot soak, clean your pace, etc.🥰

A single bloom on my baby cactus! I have a few Thanksgiving cactuses in my home but this little one hadn’t bloomed since I got it.…so this single flower was so exciting!! With this being the first week of the New Year, I’m taking this as a reminder of the importance of celebrating and finding joy even in the little things as we journey through 2023.​
