Join us on the Full Moon from the comfort of your own home for a group meditation! Alishia will offer a live channeled guided meditation. No previous experience with meditation is necessary. Mala bead necklaces have traditionally been used in meditation and prayer. However, many wear them for purposes such as healing parts of oneself and one's life, amplifying intuition and spiritual connectedness, blessing certain areas of one's life, and manifesting specific dreams/goals. Making your own Mala is a beautiful process through which you can incorporate blessings and intentions into your necklace. In this workshop you will be guided through the process of creating your own mala.
What to bring: If you have your own beads that you wish to use, you are welcome to bring them. Please note that all materials required to make your mala are included in the cost. Mini Emotional Release with Essential Oils (Live Online Event)!
Difficult past experiences and memories may create emotional blockages that can hold us back from living up to our highest potential. In this class, we will focus on letting go of emotions that no longer serve us. You will be taken on a guided visualization journey during which you will apply different aromatic essential oils to various parts of your body to help release unwanted past memories and emotions and to generate positivity, joy, and abundance!

Do you have a past relationship that continues to affect you negatively today? Is there someone who may no longer be a part of your life but you still think of them and you feel ready to be completely rid of them? It could even be someone in your present life who may be causing you harm and emotional and/or mental distress. Alternatively, is there something in your life that you wish to energetically disconnect from? For example, the negativity of the world today or a particular place or a certain experience that didn't sit well with you.This workshop consists of a guided visualization designed to help you cut negative energies or negative cords from a person/thing/experience that may have energetically attached to you and is negatively impacting you in some way.

Vision Boards with an Analysis to Understand your Subconscious & Essential Oils to Deepen the Process!
Details: It's the start of a new year and a new decade so it's the perfect time to create a vision board!! Join in the magical energy of this group workshop and intensify your awareness and the manifestation of your deepest hopes, dreams, and visions through the creation of your own Vision Board/Collage. You will then be guided through an analysis and interpretation of the vision board you create to obtain a glimpse into your subconscious! Layer after layer of deep messages within you can be revealed through the sacred ceremony of creating a Soul Coaching Collage®. We will be using essential oils to deepen this process.
What to bring: A few old magazines (if you have them) and/or any pictures you have that you might want to use on your vision board. All other materials will be provided.
