What is a Soul Journey? A Soul Journey is a one-on-one individual guided journey during which the techniques of relaxation and meditation are used to lead you into the depths of your soul in order to receive answers to your questions and information about your life. Based on the intention you share at the start of your session with Alishia, your guided visualization journey will be intuitively guided/channelled (no two journeys are the same)! This technique has many benefits including but not limited to:
- Receiving general advice about a particular aspect of your life
- Help with relationships
- Enhancing health and well-being
- Increasing self-esteem and confidence
- Meeting your angels or spirit guides
- Cutting etheric cords
- Healing past traumas
Time: The Soul Journey itself lasts about 30-45 minutes but please allow 1 hour for the entire session to give us time for discussion.
Location: Sessions are held via Zoom, phone, or In-Person (Calgary - please contact me for exact address).
