- You can sit on the floor or on a chair. If you prefer a chair, the hall has plenty. If you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, backjack chair, or pillow—whatever helps you feel most comfortable. Our intention is for you to feel relaxed, supported, and nourished throughout the experience.
