Soul Journey
What to expect: A Soul Journey is a one-on-one individual guided journey during which the techniques of relaxation and meditation are used to lead you into the depths of your soul in order to receive answers to your questions and information about your life. This technique has many benefits including but not limited to:
- Receiving general advice about a particular aspect of your life
- Help with relationships
- Enhancing health and well-being
- Increasing self-esteem and confidence
- Meeting your animal spirit guide
During the Soul Journey session, you will sit in a comfortable chair or lay on a massage table (fully clothed). The session is conducted in a safe and sacred space in which you are relaxed and comfortable.
Time: A Soul Journey lasts about 30-45 minutes.
